At this time of the year we have thought of new proposals to tickle the curiosity and the excitement of tasting our specialties.
The radicchio is the protagonist and we can find it marinated on appetizers or with a good Amarone for an excellent risotto to be enjoyed by candlelight. Morlacco Cheese, Pumpkin and “Bassano broccoli” are some of the products we use at KM 0. These are all part of our recipes.
Combining ancient cooking methods revisited in a modern way, you can try our new dishes, such as the “leg of Duck” cooked at low temperature served with an apple sauce from the “Asolo Hills“.
In short, we have prepared some good winter proposals !!! We are waiting for you to taste them as soon as possible, for your company dinner or simply if you want to catch the person of your heart.

To stay on the subject of modernity we have thought of a couple of proposals which mix different ingredients together to create a perfect union of textures, flavors and fragrances. Like the sopa coada alla castellana, where a poor soup made from pigeon and stale bread is exalted to the fullest thanks to the Castelfranco radicchio braised in saffron.
