Rete 4 in Terrazza – Italian-style recipes
What better opportunity to enter directly into your tables to present old tasty recipes of our tradition through the expert cameras of the well-known program “Ricette al all’italiana” by “Rete 4“.
At Terrazza Roma, Sunday 17 November we had the pleasure of hosting the television crew of the famous broadcaster and in the company of Annabruna di Iorio, our chef Walter Pegoraro presented two recipes of our precious tradition.
The first consisted of simple puffed pumpkin gnocchi served on a Morlacco del Grappa fondue and toasted walnuts, where the pumpkin, a popular ingredient of the “poor” cuisine, was best exalted with the help of a cheese typical of our territory .
The second, an ancient cooking method was applied to the goose leg, thus combining tradition and contemporaneity. The result… ? Look at the program that will be broadcast on Thursday 28 November and on Saturday 30 on Rete 4 from 11.20 to 12.00 and from 12.30 to 13. You will see the emotion of Annamaria di Iorio while she tasted this real treat !!
Not Only Television – A Traditional Emotion
During the preparations for the recording of the broadcast we also managed to combine another pleasant event with the morning. The twentieth anniversary of “Ea Congrega del Tabaro”. Inevitable the support of our unsurpassed Giuseppe Agostini, In fact we were so ‘managed to get everyone “On a TABARRO” … Deputy Mayor (Giovine) and Troupe Included.
At lunch we were at the table with our friends from Tabarrificio Trevisano. But this is another story that we will tell you in the coming days …
