I grew up in a tourist and family environment where courtesy, respect and acceptance of people have been my schooling. My great-grandfather in the 50s had started the restaurant business, creating an image during the following years and becoming a true trademark in Castelfranco. In December 2016, with the help of my family, we decided to get back in the game by opening the Terrazza Roma restaurant, thus starting a new adventure full of traditions and modernity

Coming from a great tradition of restaurateurs where he learned the secrets of the trade from an early age. He works for the family firm until he decides to take over a disused premises to propose his innovative ideas. He transformed it into an authentic point of reference for quality, elegance and courtesy. Called to assist the young Alice in the management of Terrazza Roma, he has shown us all his expertise, inexhaustible energy and impeccable style even in this delicate role.

Walter Pegoraro

Walter Pegoraro

A young chef who loves his territory. With a hand in the past and a look at the future, in the quest for the perfect recipe, which for him is like falling in love: always trying to discover something new. A taste that will surprise you, and a combination of other factors that will attract you and win you over. A great professional in search of sublime perfection. In a daily challenge with himself he will be able to tease you with his inventions based on tradition but interpreted through his curiosity.

Mattia Pitteri

Mattia Pitteri

Graduated from the Maffioli Institute in Castelfranco in 2004, after having had various experiences in the tourism sector, he decided to try his hand in the restaurant business. Employed in many catering roles in the Venetian area. He also has the opportunity to work in a historic Italian restaurant in the center of Venice and decides to remain there for 7 years. After this experience he returned to work, this time however as a professional, in the structure that in 2003 saw him as a trainee at a reception. A return to origins in true style.

Diego Volpato

He was born in an environment where the care and respect of food through the use of healthy and genuine products have been the foundations of his family upbringing. Ever since he was a child he used to joke behind the stove, helping his grandfather who was able to convey the values and seasonality of the products that nature offers us. A Tireless worker that has matured international experiences with which he sealed his skills through the passion he has shown towards food, different cultures and traditions.
